2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted logistics providers including:
- Shiprocket (aggregated logistics — Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DTDC)
- India Post (for remote pincodes)
The best courier is assigned automatically based on your pincode and order size.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- You can also track your order from My Orders page after logging in.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, we can ship to only one address per order. If you need products delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.
7. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable after multiple attempts, the shipment will be returned to us.
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- If re-delivery is not possible, a refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued for prepaid orders.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000.
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.
- COD orders may require a verification call before dispatch.
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for your account.
9. International Shipping
Currently, ShopHatke Store ships within India only. We do not support international deliveries at this time.
